Couples Therapy:

Relationships can be one of the most meaningful and rewarding parts of our lives—and also one of the most challenging. Even in the healthiest partnerships, moments of disconnection, misunderstanding, and hurt are inevitable. Often, these challenges arise not because partners don't care for one another, but because deeper needs, attachment wounds, and protective patterns are being activated beneath the surface.

My role is to help couples slow down and better understand what is happening underneath the conflict. I bring warmth, curiosity, humor, and deep attunement to the therapy room, creating a space where both partners can feel safe, seen, and understood. Together, we'll identify the underlying dynamics contributing to recurring patterns and learn new ways of responding to one another with greater awareness and connection.

I believe that conflict itself is not the problem—repair is what matters most. Healthy relationships are not built by avoiding disagreements, but by learning how to navigate them in ways that foster trust, security, and emotional closeness. Arguing is inevitable; learning how to argue well is what creates the opportunity for deeper connection. Therapy can help you and your partner move from reactive cycles toward more intentional, attuned, and connected interactions.

I am trained and certified in Level 1 of PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy). PACT is an attachment-based, neuroscience-informed approach that integrates neurobiology, attachment theory, and arousal regulation to help couples address the root causes of conflict rather than becoming stuck in repetitive arguments. Through this lens, couples develop a deeper understanding of themselves, each other, and the patterns that shape their relationship.

Whether you're feeling disconnected, navigating a major life transition, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, I would be honored to support you on your journey toward greater connection and security.

Marital and Pre-marital Counseling, Boundaries, Communication difficulties/differences, Conflict resolution skills, Intimacy challenges/misalignment, Attachment wounding, Infidelity, Financial disagreement, Stress and external pressures, Emotional distance/disconnection,  Resentment/Unresolved past issues, Parenting & Family stressors.

Individual Therapy:

Life looks different for each of us, and there are times when we all need a little extra support. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, explore what's beneath the surface, and move toward greater healing and self-understanding.

I offer a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe that meaningful growth happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that balances compassion, curiosity, and even humor along the way.

My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy and informed by Attachment Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and protective patterns that have shaped your story while building a deeper connection with the parts of yourself that may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Through this process, clients often develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.

No matter where you are on your journey, I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward lasting wellness. I look forward to connecting with you.

Family Therapy:

Families are often our greatest source of love, connection, and belonging. They can also hold tender places, misunderstandings, and patterns that leave us feeling disconnected from one another. Whether your family shares the same roof or navigates relationships across different households, family life can be both beautiful and challenging.

I believe that conflict is not the problem—it's how we navigate it that matters. When approached with curiosity, respect, and support, conflict can become an opportunity for growth, deeper understanding, and stronger relationships. Family therapy provides a safe space where each person can feel seen, heard, and valued while learning new ways to communicate and connect.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment-focused and person-centered principles. I help families move beyond reactive patterns and develop the skills needed to navigate challenges with greater confidence and compassion. Together, we'll work to strengthen relationships, foster emotional safety, and create a family environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Let's build a foundation of connection, understanding, and trust—one conversation at a time.
